Basics


Most of women like to spend hours and hours to get ready and all that time is put into trying different outfits and what looks best ( I know I`m like that). To look your best and not spend hours in the mirror how about playing a trick on your eyes….that sounds like a good idea for me! First thing we need to know is about proportion and body types.  
Proportion: are the measurements of your body. To determine your proportion you need to measure your shoulders, bust, waist, and hips with those results you are able to know your body shape. This helps create a balance and makes your appearance look thinner, fuller, tall, short, and curvier.

Body Types:
Triangle:    Narrow shoulders, chest width is narrower that, bottom is fuller which are your hips, thighs, and butt, also known as spoon, bell, A shape, or pear

Inverted triangle: broad shoulder, proportionally large bust, narrow hips and thin legs, and also known as cone, v frame, or funnel.

Rectangle: bust and Hips proportionally equal,legs are slim,  small frame and little waist definition , and also known as the tube and banana.

Hourglass: broad shoulders,bust and bottom are almost equal,well defined waist, and also known as X shape

Round:  Broad shoulders,Full chest,Little waist definition,Bottom proportioned to your waist
and also known as Apple
